I try to describe everything as accurately as possible. I want all buyers to be happy with their purchases, however, I am not a store so I cannot give any refunds. So please ask questions BEFORE you bid or buy. If there is a major problem with an ebay item I will do my best to work it out (unless an item is stated as being sold AS IS). Any refunds that are given will be less postage/insurance.

All saleslist models are sold as is!

I accept the following methods of payment:

UNITED STATES POSTAL MONEY ORDER

NO other Money Orders, Sorry!!

INTERNATIONAL POSTAL MONEY ORDER

Must be in U.S. dollars.

PAYPAL

All credit card users MUST have a confirmed shipping address and references.

CASH

Send cash only at your own risk, I do not recommend it at all.

I NO LONGER ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS! A few too many bad apples and all that...

TRADES

There are no trades on ebay items (unless item does not sell). Trades are considered payment and MUST ARRIVE FIRST before item is sent.

I ship via US Postal Service and Fed Ex Ground ONLY. All postage must be PREpaid. No shipping on account, sorry.

Be sure and check my other auction items, I combine shipping on multiple purchases to save you money.

All items will be shipped within 4 business days. Money Orders from other sources besides Postal or the USPS will be treated as checks. and are not accepted. Some other bank checks and Western Union are accepted ONLY when International Postal Money Orderss are not available and buyer has good references.

Insurance is required on all purchases even international so please factor this in when buying.

I pack my items very well and have only had to file 3 claims for breakage (packed by me) over the past 25 years.

Insurance is optional for INTERNATIONAL buyers only when paid for by cash but buyer assumes liability for damage or loss.

If your item does suffer damage, Be SURE to follow the following instructions:

1. Email me FIRST, I will tell you how to proceed.

2. Do NOT throw away ANY of the packing material or box.

3. DO NOT SEND THE ITEM BACK.

Failing to follow these guidelines will NEGATE your insurance.

You know who you are! =) Please don't waste my time and money bidding if you do not intend to buy the item (for whatever reason!) I file Non Paying Bidder Alerts on all non paying bidders at 15 days. I leave Negative Feedback for all deadbeats too. So please keep that in mind if you have any doubts about wanting the item. I have heard every excuse in the book so please,please, unless it is YOU that is dead, I just don't want to hear it anymore! Deadbeats cost me money in non refundable listing fees and drive away legitimate buyers.

Unless you tell me that you are mailing the payment that day, holds do not exist. Sorry! Another case of a few bad apples spoiling it for everyone. If payment is on the way I will hold the model for 7 days. After that it is first come, first serve. Limited exceptions granted for international buyers.

I DO NOT SHIP TO SECONDARY ADDRESSES. I will only ship to your confirmed/registered (PP, ebay) addresses or to the address on your check/MO. No exceptions, sorry.
